- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Transcribe and distribute messages accurately - File, organize, and maintain records and documents - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Manage front desk operations and ensure a clean and organized reception area Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism - Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor Please note that this is not a medical receptionist position.
