It is the main duty of our customer service staff to promote and safeguard relationships with our clients.
This person must possess the ability to represent the company with a friendly and positive altitude.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling Appointments Greet are clients, in-person on the phone, with friendly and courteous manner Take Client Phone Calls Reconcile Drawer Scan Prescriptions Print Sheets Scan Patient History Put in Reminders to Clients Scan consent forms and surgical logs Mail out meds Take payment Have a great attitude and Work Well with Others Remain posed during difficult situations Friendly and Positive Computer savvy Proficient in Microsoft office Knowledge of general office procedure
Experience:
A minimum of 2 to 5 years' of front desk experience is preferred.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Strong work ethic and team player.
High degree of professionalism.
Strong interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
