As our Self-Storage Site Manager, you will be overseeing day-to-day operations within the specific site(s), interacting with customers, and maintaining an organized and clean space for all tenants.

Every day you will:
Provide exceptional service to our customers, over the phone as well as walk-ins Communicate with customers about rates or promotions Answer customer questions they have about rental terms Understand and resolve customer concerns Sell and recommend appropriate unit sizes and services based on each individual customers' needs Maintain records of all transactions and activities related to facility operations and insurance coverages Conducting regular inspections to the facility to ensure the curb appeal of the facility is kept up to our standards Help to maintain facility cleanliness by cleaning as instructed by your direct supervisor Report property maintenance concerns to your direct supervisor In order to thrive in this role you must:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
