Human Resource Assistant duties/
Responsibilities:
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees HR Assistant is responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files.
Ensures appropriate paperwork is filed in a timely manner.
Assist employees with benefit enrollments Assists with HR events such as benefits enrollment, service recognition, and new hire orientation.
Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors Performs other duties as assigned Human Resource Assistant Qualifications and skills:
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices Knowledge of employment law and human resources responsibilities Strong communication skills written and verbal.
