20/hr Responsible for packaging a variety of different products into different configurations to meet customer specifications.
Occasionally operate production line equipment.
Inspect raw material before using and inspect finish goods to ensure quality standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assemble products as specified by supervisor.
Load and unload items from pallets, machines, carts, and dollies.
Operate equipment under supervision by placing product in or on equipment and removing from equipment when finished.
Ensure manufacturing and customer specifications are always met.
Provide front line quality control to all materials being handled.
Palletize finished goods.
Maintain work area by keeping area clean and free of debris or anything not related to job task.
Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices Ensure protection from abuse, neglect, mistreatment and exploitation in regard to the health, safety, comfort, and well-being for the people we support by adhering to all related policies.
Maintain and promote confidentiality in accordance with policy.
Comply with all aspects of the Safety Policy.
Attend and complete all mandatory training.
Adhere to scheduled hours and submit completed timesheets to supervisor on time each payroll period.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work independently and function as a team member with a wide range of people.
Ability to work flexible schedules as needed Ability to communicate effectively.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to move materials from one area to another.
Operate any machines used in the production as needed.
Drug screen and background check prior to hire.
